Whats the best kind of hair straightener?

My hair is curly and I hate it but when I flat iron my hair, by the end of the day it's curly again. I need a straightener that's not to much money and that works good.Whats the best kind of hair straightener?
Chi is pricey but the best one out there but i have 2.



the other kind i have is called GVP and its around 40 dollars and still works great tho i love my Chi but its much more pricey.



The GVP can be purchased at any sally beauty supply, it also depends on if you have thick or thin hair.

I just bought a Sedu straigthener on folica.com. I have curly hair as well. I paid $108 and honestly it was worth it. Sedu is one of the top straighteners. If you want a good straightener you need to spend the extra money. Cheap ones like conair that you would buy somewhere like wal-mart will damage your hair badly and they will break after a couple of months. So instead of wasting money on cheap straighteners that don't work good and break right away, spend more money and buy a good professional one in a salon that will last you a few years and will make your hair look amazing. Alot of people say Chi is good but I heard it that the cord breaks after a few months. Also babyliss is pretty good, I had a babyliss straightener before my sedu. It was about $80 and It last me 4 years. But near the end of the day my hair started getting wavy so i decided to get a sedu and its great!

ya the steam straighteners are great but i like conair it works great and they are cheap make sure its medal and not plastic
