Any similar straighteners to the Chi but just not as much $$$What hair straightener works just like the Chi but is not as expensive?
I would never buy a straightener that is ';cheap'; for the simple reason as you get what you pay for. a cheap product means more damage to the hair because the pieces aren't what you think they are. Conair is the biggest company that will say you're getting a good product but then you end up with fried brittle hair. most of the ';ceramic'; products they offer are really just paint splashed onto metal which burns your hair.
I would stick with a CHI, it's the cheapest and most available flat iron I've seen on the market. that or get a GHD, this flat iron is def. worth every penny.
Also, any straightener that says you can use it wet, is not something you should be wowed about. any stylist will tell you that straightening your hair should be done with air-dried hair with thermal protection products. What hair straightener works just like the Chi but is not as expensive?
I saw one at local hair salon that was pretty much the same thing as the Chi, except it was a generic brand so it was only like $50.
there are tons go to target and pick out one that
-dries hair while straightens
-works well
-around $50 (most chis' are over 100)
