Most salons offer some kind of permanent hair straightening. These products however, can be very damaging to your hair...just like getting a perm. Your hair stylist won't perform this service on you if your hair is already in bad shape but if you think your hair can handle it, most salons can do this for you. It can get pretty pricey depending on where you go so call around first. Just ask them what they charge for Chemical Straightening and if the price varies due to length or thickness.
Any product that claims you can do this yourself at home is either lying or extremely dangerous. Leave this one to the professionals.
