get the Ion FX. its a cordless flat iron that you just have to charge, it lasts for about an hour. its a little expensive but worth it.
Hi I think mose of the gas powered one goes up to 160 the ones I have had did, I didnt like them as they done get the hair poker straight and I find with them not being ceramice some say they are but even the ones that say they are I think they wreck the hair and they pull like mad.
The cartiridge lasts depending on how often you us it. I had mine in for a few months so they last a while the dont run out quickly but carry a a spare one with you just in case as, some might run out faster that others.
I dont recommended them for hair that needs over 200 to straighten the hair,
