What about Cloud Nine hair Straighteners from Cloud Nine they are made by the founders of ghd they are rare and only been on the market 4 months. I would really recommend as an alternative for ghd beware of fake ghd sites a good way to check is got to www.whois.com and in put the address then look down the page it tells you where the site is registered to. Yes you can buy them online and yes i am using one and loving it, i always use a heat protector spray to protect my hair, i am really p..........off as now they have a lovely pink one, i don,t think there is much difference in them. You could go to a shop that sells them and make all the inquiries and who knows with xmas there could be a special going on them. Don't hesitate they are fantastic , my daughter uses one as well.
