Do you think I am obsessing if I take a hair straightener to a party?

I have naturally curly hair but I think I look prettier with straight hair. If I use a straightener it only lasts for an hour or so.



A cute guy I have been crushing on has invited me to a NYE party. I will straighten my hair beforehand but I want to be looking my best at midnight in case I get a midnight kiss! Yes, if they guy sees you using it he will think you are completely ridiculous. Guys usually like girls who are confident and fun, not perfect. If you worry about your hair every two seconds there is no way you could have fun. Figure out a cute way to wear your hair so that you won't have to fuss with it, ad enjoy yourself at the party.
Well kind of, it would be kind of weird if other people see you bringing a hair straightner to a party?! What if the guy you liked saw it and he might think you're weird. But im sure you are perfectly fine with curly hair , i always liked natural but im sure you'll look VERY pretty without straightning it.Unless you really feel like you have to :)
Why don't you just wear your

hair curly to the party so you don't

have to worry about that, im sure your

pretty with your hair curly too,

party+moisture from sweaty dancing+puffy hair.

no wayyy just take it and if u dont want staight hair to get recked put alotttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttof hairspray on it it wud help

advise: I have curly hair too and I straighten it all the time and it lasts until I wash my hair so maybe u should invest in a good hair straightener, CHI and GHD r the best ones (expensive but worth it)

A little, totally true, story for you, from me: I had my hair down and straight, then, as a punishment for ';making the sub cry'; [god, the sub was such a baby! we wouldnt shut up so she broke down in front of everybody, it was so funny!] but anyways, out pe teacher made us run as fast as we could for the whole 40 minutes! by the time we were down all the girls make up had run off (including mine) and everyone who had there hair down (alot) had wavy hair, and had pony tail holders. so they put there hair up. i didnt have one, and everyone else was wearing theres! it was horrible! so at the very end of the day, with my wavy hair, the guy i had been crushing on FOREVER (hes popular too, and i am totally not) told me i was beautiful (witch i totally am not but hes sweet lol) and she said he liked wait i was doing with my hair! i couldnt beleive it! lol



basically, the point is, i dont think he will care if you have a few waves in your hair. and i seriously doubt he would even notice
