I bought a straightener Saturday evening, and now I want to return it because I want to buy one online.
I heard something that they will give u store credit because it was already used,
can't I just say it didn't work? Can I return a hair straightener back to CVS?
If you have the receipt they should totally accept the return! I'd get pissy with the manager if they didn't let you. It's a beauty item, not like electronics! I returned one at Target and didn't have a problem. You could try to list it on Ebay, Craigslist, Kijiji or someplace like that if they won't accept it.Can I return a hair straightener back to CVS?
Take the hair straightner and put it back in the package, it came in, the best you can. Take it and the receipt to the CVS store and tell them that you weren't happy with it.
It's not necessary to tell them that it didn't work and that it didn't fit your outlets. They want to keep customers happy and content so you can ';come back again';.
You can return it with oe without a receipt. There's no need for a whole story why you're returning it. Just say, you changed your mind, you don't want it, and you'd like your money back.
If its used it doesnt matter. Same goes for any product by the way...
Receipt- you get back whatever you paid.
No receipt- you get a gift card for usually the last sale price.
You CAN return it, don't let anybody tell you otherwise...
The store itself takes the product back, puts it in damages, and sends it out for full credit. So it doesn't matter if it was used or not.
U can but they might ask u to prove it. It's best to just keep the store credit and continually use it when you need it!
