If you're looking for one from a Target or Walmart, go with the brands Vidal Sassoon or Remmington. They have different types %26amp; I've used both brands and they work well with my hair (thick, frizzy, and curly). If you go to an Ulta, go for the two above or Hot Tools. And the best one, that's in your price range, is a GVP. They're sold at Sally Beauty Supply for $60. They're compared to the Chi, but they work sooo much better.

VS Sassoon is the best one out, We have it at work and it workd well on everybodies hair and they all love it. and its also not expensive, about $20-$30 dollars around here, hope i helped x
