Is there a certain way to have your hair cut so that you can straighten it with a hair straightener?

Im a guy and i want to be able to straighten my hair since its now ear length and i hate it since its wavy. Also does it need to be longer to look right when straightened? Is there a certain way to have your hair cut so that you can straighten it with a hair straightener?
You should definitely straighten your hair!! Just use a 1 inch straightener so your hair will fit and I probably wouldn't get it cut or I'd be too difficult to straighten. I'm sure it will look rad no matter what you do but I do love a boy with sweet hair!!Is there a certain way to have your hair cut so that you can straighten it with a hair straightener?
I'm sorry. MH. You're stuck with it. My Mom cut my beautiful platinum blond hair (in braids) when I was 12 and SPROING! it was in tight curls, I did everything imaginable to straighten it. Ironing, straightening iron, relaxing perm, straighteners for black people! Nothing worked.

I simply gave up when I was about 19 or 20 and have kept my hair short since for the last 40+ years.

Take my advice, MH, it's a hopeless cause unless there's a miracle product out there.

Good luck!

p.s. Whever I straightened my hair, it would frizz up if the weather was damp , or it would curl up in the case of a straightening iron.
No, pretty much any length can straighten, unless your bald or have a buzz cut or something like that. hahaha

I would recomend not straightening it, because girls hate guys who spend a lot of time on their hair, it makes them look superficial
just get a little straightener and when you stratghten it, pull it in.

Hope this helped :)
no it doesnt your hair just needs to be long enough to fit in the iron. It'll look fine if you straighten it.
you need a thin straightener
no but you have wavy hair so it is harder
try it and find out!

And if you want our opinion, take a before and after picture, so we can help you :)
