Are there any side effects for using a Hair Straightener once a day?

can it damage your hair in anyway or increase your chances of baldness later on in life?





Just wondering coz i have pretty curly hair but when i straighten it all the chicks like it so yeah lol

Split ends and usually baldness. It also ruins your hairs structure and also if it isn't heat protected it ruins the moisture in your hair strands. Permanent straightening can cost from $ 500 to $300. So i suggest that instead of having it permanently straightened, get Tresemme Hair Protected Shampoo,some Heat Protection Spray and leave on conditioner. Yes, using a hair straightener once a day will ruin your hair. Badly damaged hair could break at the scalp, and therefore cause hairloss. So be careful.





I personally prefer boys that aren't so vain as to straighten their hair. Maybe I'm just too old-fashioned, but I don't think men traditionally should worry about their appearance as much as girls do, as long as they keep themselves clean and well presented. I would rather your hair be natural and curly, but that's just my opinion!

hair dead, and dry, and you get a lotta


split ends. remember to use heat protectant!


and when you get your hair chemically straightened


it usually lasts 6 months, a year if you know how to


take care of it. for the price, i think that depends on


where you are, but when i got mines done it was


around 200 dollars. :)

Use a heat protection spray before you straighten it :) don't get it chemically straightened btw because i know someone who got it done and it made her hair change colour to a kind of greeny-blonde :S
