Is the new improved REMINGTON WET2STRAIGHT HAIR STRAIGHTENER good?

I have medium-long hair which is really curly and I want a good straightener but using a hair dryer before I straighten makes my hair feel horrible and it still feels like that after I straighten it, should I get the Remington Wet2Straight so I don't need to use a hair dryer if I need to straighter or should I just buy a GHD (is there a GHD that works on wet hair?) Please Help, reviews of the straightener also appreciated thanks :)Is the new improved REMINGTON WET2STRAIGHT HAIR STRAIGHTENER good?
NONONONONONO!

DO NOT GET IT!

IT DOESN'T WORK FOR SHIZZ!

Seriously, I spent most of my eighth grade year (when I first got the iron) throwing temper tantrums and in tears because of this horrid flat iron.

It puffed up my hair, specially around the ears, which kinda resembled panda ears,

it made it so dry,

it wouldn't straighten it properly, no matter how long I spent on it,

it curled up and waved up and frizzed up all over the place. Is the new improved REMINGTON WET2STRAIGHT HAIR STRAIGHTENER good?
my sister has long curly thick hair and she used the older version of the remington wet2straight straightener..... and IT WORKED WONDERS ON HER HAIR!! her hair felt silky smooth and gorgeously shiny straight get the remington new one because it s probably even better than the last one besides the GHD is a lot of money and the Remington has 3 setting for dry damp and wet hair so just buy the remington and you won't regret it!
Get the VS SASSOON steam conditioning hair straightener.

Keep blow drying your hair and then use this straightener, its works just as well as a ghd and conditions your hair while you straighten it and it wont die so easily.
GHD's do work on wet hair but NEVER EVER STRAIGHTEN ON WET HAIR!!! it might look good now but in the long run your hair will be soooo damaged!
