What's the best hair straightener/flat iron?

I have super curly, long hair, and I am curious on what hair straightener is the best to completely straighten my hair. Right now, I am kind of leaning towards the Naughty Girl's flat iron. Any thoughts or recommendations? Thanks!What's the best hair straightener/flat iron?

get an instyler, its amazing, it even straightens really thick *** nappy hair!! and it dosent damage best of all.
i know everyones going to say chi


but i think those break easily





ive had a cortex flatiron for well over a year


its in great condition and leaves my hair very silky


i can also curl my hair with it


the ceramic plates dont ruin my hair and they heat up fast





they come in many cool colors and even patters


they are cheap too

I had tried all kinds of straighteners, and they all did some sort of damage. Now I have an Amika flat iron, and LOVE it!! You can also use it for waves or curls. I use it everyday. It does NO damage at all. If you've ever heard of Amika products, they're super good for your hair. One of the best irons you can buy. They are $200 on the site, but ebay has some great deals.
