I really like Butter flavored Crisco myself, but in this time of ';health'; mindedness you may want to use a Bertolli's Olive Oil in your dew.
Remington straightener for $20 bucks, I have one...its amazing and it was featured on Oprah :)
I would go to ULTA or an actual Salon.. good name brands are CHI or FHI straightners!
