My hair straightener goes up to 475 degrees, and I straighten it on 475 degrees. Good or bad for my hair?

Should I stop or continue straightening it when it is on 475 degrees? My hair straightener goes up to 475 degrees, and I straighten it on 475 degrees. Good or bad for my hair?
set it to a lower setting if your hair is really thin. try to see how low you can set it while still getting the same results. if your hair is thicker, than you can continue to straighten it at that level, only if you take care of your hair with repairing shampoo/conditioner etc.My hair straightener goes up to 475 degrees, and I straighten it on 475 degrees. It's pretty darn bad for your hair especially if you straighten it a lot. If it's only once every few months, it's fine. But if you do this on a regular basis, you're basically killing your hair. Please stop.
omg ... too much

your hair will be really damaged

try to use special shampoo , conditioner and all the other lotions that promise to straith your hair without straightener (nivea and many others )

your hair deserve a better treatment
