Do I buy a hair straightener or curling wand?

I like the hairstyle that has the end bits flicked out, don't know how else to describe it, would a curling wand or a hair straightener be the best to do this?Do I buy a hair straightener or curling wand?

Curling iron would be better. Instead of curling your hair under, just use the iron the other way and flip them out.


You will get more of a flip from the curling iron than the straightner.

Get a straightener that is about an inch has rounded edges. They work great!!
